use /balance to check your wallets balance
use /bb to check your bank balance
use /tb "player name" "amount" to transfer money from your bank account to a friends bank account
use /db "player name" "amount" to deposit money from your wallet to target players bank account
use /wb "amount" to withdraw money from your bank account to your wallet
use /bb to check your bank balance
